Contract Electrician

Our success is rooted in the delivery of top-notch electrical lighting services. We are currently in search of skilled Contract Electricians to join our team. As a Contract Electrician, your primary duties will encompass the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems within both residential and commercial environments. Your proficiency in electrical systems and unwavering dedication to safety are indespensable qualities that will ensure the efficient code-compliant completion of our projects.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in accordance with local and National Electric Codes (NEC).
- Collaborate with project managers, other contractors, and other team members to plan and execute electrical work on various projects.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to determine the layout of electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and recommend necessary repairs or upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
- Keep accurate records of all work performed, materials used, and time spent on each project.
- Provide cost estimates for electrical projects
- Keep up-to-date with industry standards and best practices.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience working as an electrician.
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Great communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work in multiple locations throughout D.C., Maryland, and Virginia
